Somebody clearly isn’t very impressed with Vladimir Putin, because the Russian financial system continues to tank within the wake of sanctions.

Because the ruble plummets beneath 100/$ immediately, Russian officers are saying there’s nothing to fret about.

Through the years we’ve seen loads of digital street indicators and billboards hacked to show “amusing” messages.

I assume that officers are actually investigating with some haste whether or not whoever up to date the ticker within the oil city of Surgut – declare that “Vladimir Putin is a dickhead and a thief” – was a rogue member of employees, or a hacker exploiting a poorly-secured or default password.
